Holistic "Non-Clinical" Music therapy · Atlanta, GA
Holistic Sound Healing
Dear Partner,
I am Shola Emmanuel, often known as Em in the business world or Olu in my cultural and sound practice. Whether I am building architectural growth systems or guiding a sound session, my mission remains the same: helping you move from noise to signal.
In a world of constant noise, the hardest thing to find is signal. Whether you are scaling a business or regulating your own nervous system, the goal is the same: Alignment. When systems are aligned, flow replaces force.

About My Practice
I’m a holistic music healing practitioner rooted in Yorùbá spiritual tradition, blending ancestral rhythm, contemplative sound, and modern nervous-system literacy. My work is non-clinical and culturally grounded; I collaborate with therapists and families to complement existing care plans.
What makes this different (vs. clinical)
- Clinical music therapy (MT-BC): Goal tracking in medical/education settings; treatment plans, documentation, insurance alignment.
- Holistic sound healing (my practice): Intention-setting, sensory-safe sound immersion, breath/rhythm work, and reflective integration.
How a session works
1) Brief intake and intention
2) Breath, rhythm, and resonance practice
3) Live sound immersion (instrumental/voice)
4) Gentle debrief + a 2–3 step home routine
Packages & Outcomes
Clients report calmer evenings, smoother sleep, and less agitation. We track progress with a before/after 1–10 calm check-in. Packages include Intro Calm Sessions, 4-Session Series, and Ongoing Support.
